What is the "FotoPrint.lv"?

It is the site that helps you to:

• print out your photos using high-tech photo equipment;
• save your time and money.

How to send my photos for printing?

1. Register yourself and/or enter your e-mail and password.
2. Select the photo size in the menu "Orders".
3. Choose the size and type of paper, the printing method and quantity of photos (these parameters can be changed for any chosen photo in future, until it is not uploaded):
   • paper size (print out format)
   • paper type (matt or glossy surface)
   • full frame printing (margins) or short frame printing (no margins)
   • quantity of copies.
4. Choose the required photos (or ZIP archive).
5. According to your browser type, it will be automatically offered to you to download and use the ActiveX or Java component, which provides even greater comfort of photos select control - one touch adding all the chosen photos from the catalogue into your order, deleting and scrolling them.
6. Having chosen photos required for printing and specified their parameters, press the button "Add selected images to order". The window of loading process will disappear upon completion operation, and  will be complete list of uploaded photos.
7. Press the button "Process the order"
8. Choose the address, which will be convenient to you to receive the order.
9. If you have any additional requests, specify them in the field "Comments".
10. Examine the contact information well and press the button "Create order". After the page will disappear, there will be the order status message on your display.
11. Remember or write down the order number specified in the message. It is required to get the order.

How to create ZIP archive?

ZIP archive is the file format in which it is possible to combine digital photos ant upload them as single file. The web site can identify this file, unpack it and add photos to your order.
To create a ZIP archive, you need WINZIP program, which already is included in Windows XP. For each archive that you are planning to upload, choose photos whose total size doesn’t exceed 100MB, then mark them and keeping cursor on the marked photos press the right mouse key. From the opened menu choose WINZIP, then „Add to Zip file” and press in the dialog window that opens after you have activate program WINZIP (usually using button „Use Evaluation Version”) „Add to archive” and write a title of new archive. Add it in Classic upload tab when you order photos. 

How to cancel the order?

Order cancellation is possible, while it is in the status "Opened". It means that the operator has not begun order's processing. Click the necessary order in the List of orders and press "Cancel".

What purpose is registration required for?

A registration is required for the purpose of remaining your photos in safekeeping. In that way identify you as a user and we know how to contact with you.

I want to keep my confidentiality.

Printing photos for you, we want to be sure the order will be paid. The decision of providing our photo printing services for you is made on the basis of the information you specified in the notification form.

What purpose is my phone number required for?

There would arise some questions to you at the order runtime. The coordination process will be quicker by means of telephone connection than via e-mail.

When can I take out my printed photos?

You can take them out when the status of your order will become "Closed".

Where is it possible to get my printed photos?

You have to choose the place to get your order (any one of our order receiving shops or your postal address) at the order creation moment.

How can I pay for my printed photos?

The payment is effected at the order getting moment in one of the order receiving shops (see Addresses) or at the special delivery moment to address you specified.

Whom can I complain of photos quality to?

We advise you to tell your claims in the shop, before the moment of order payment.
If the photos bad quality is the shop-assistants’ fault, they will be reprinted. If the quality of the source files does not allow good quality photos printing, you will probably be warned about it in advance, before the order execution. In this case you have to decide would you like to have your photos printed or not.

What will happen, if I shall not pay the order (I shall not take out the order)?

If you do not have any objective reasons not to pay for the photos, your access to the site could be denied, not only under a current user-name, but also under any repeatedly registered one.

Which settings of my browser is needed?

The site use some Internet technologies - cookies for authorization, JavaScript for automation, Pop-up, ActiveX or Java for file uploading.
